Good news for all the travelers! Finally no more COVID requirements for entering Serbia!

Since the pandemic started in 2020, different rules and COVID measures have been imposed. In the last couple of months, as the epidemiological situation was improving, life was returning back to normal and COVID measures were becoming less strict. This does not mean that the pandemic is over, national health institutions will continue to monitor the development of the situation.

Since the 3rd of May 2022 no more requirements for entering Serbia

Finally, on the 3rd of May 2022 the government of Serbia decided to put down all measures for anyone entering Serbia. Official information can be found here, on the webpage of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Republic of Serbia.

Both Serbian and foreign travelers are not required to have either PCR or antigen test, proof of vaccination, or recovery from COVID-19. Since this winter, the epidemiological situation in the country with COVID-19 was improving and the number of new cases was declining gradually.

Still, it is recommended (but not mandatory) to wear masks in indoor facilities such as shopping malls, airports, bus and train stations.

This means that Serbia is almost COVID free and tourism is returning back to normal. After 2 years,  there are no more COVID requirements for entering Serbia and you can start making your plans for visiting some of our highlighted destinations. PCR test if you need one for departure

For all travelers who need to take a PCR or antigen test before leaving Serbia, it is possible to do it at the airport. The laboratory is open 24/7 and results can be obtained via email or personally. The price is 6000 RSD for PCR test( around 60 $ and you get your results in 2 hours)  and 1800 RSD ( around 18$, results are in 30 minutes ) for rapid antigen test.
