Famous director Emir Kusturica surprises us every year with something extraordinary at the opening of the traditional festival “Küstendorf”. This international movie and music festival will be held from 18th until January 23rd at Mećavnik.
The opening ceremony will be in a carnival manner with disco music from seventies. Something unusual will be choreography that represents the assassination of the Austro-Hungarian Archduke Franz Ferdinand in Sarajevo and the beginning of World War II on the occasion of the 100th anniversary of that historical event. Famous singer Zaz will be the biggest attraction on music festival. Some of well-known authors which are the winners at film festivals in Venice and Berlin will take the part in program. It`s certainly that atmosphere will be a magical in company of such great and famous artists. A charming surroundings of Mećavnik on Mokra Gora is the key factor for good mood 🙂
